Rent to rent is an alternative to using a tenancy management scheme,
In a tenancy management scheme you pay a fee and someone else manages the property for you. You are still have to pay for any maintance, repairs, damage and outstanding bills for the property. You are also vunerable to lost rent through non payment or periods where the property is empty.
With the Rent to rent Scheme WE become your tenants through a Lease of 12,24 or 36 months. In the lease we take over all management, resposibility and costs for the property and sub let it to our list of approved tenants.
